Today sees the launch of Fairtrade Fortnight and the theme for this year is ‘The Big Swap’.
For just two weeks, the idea is to swap your usual stuff for Fairtrade stuff; like your usual bananas for Fairtrade bananas or your favourite cuppa for a Fairtrade cuppa.
Here at Ted HQ we’ve already got Fairtrade tea and coffee so we’re getting the canteen to swap as much as they can to Fairtrade, for the next 2 weeks.
So make a stand with your wallet and remember every swap is proof that the people of the UK want producers in the developing world to get a fairer deal.
