Record breakers

10 June, 2009 ·

Together with Cosmopolitan magazine and the Everyman charity, we set a new Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of men wearing nothing but their pants – Ted Baker pants no less.

Last weekend, 146 men posed in their pants at Twickenham Rugby ground, smashing the previous record of 116. The stunt was all in aid of the Everyman campaign, to help raise awareness of, and vital funds for, testicular and prostate cancer.

TV star Jenni Falconer, who was there to cheer on the brave boys, said “There’s nothing like seeing 146 men in pants. It was great fun, completely unforgettable and all for a fantastic cause.”

It’s not every Sunday that you are asked to go and watch 146 men strip down to their underpants so I quite happily offered to help out!

It was a fantastic afternoon and helped to raise awareness for a great cause. Testicular and Prostate cancer are the most common form of cancers in men so the more awareness that can be raised on this the better.

All the guys who attended should be really proud of themselves… you’re all world record holders!

Awesome what a great web post I’ve gone ahead and bookmarked http://www.tedbakerblog.com/20.....-breakers/ on Digg and I assume with that social boost this post “Record breakers | MUSE & VIEWS” will get substantially more blog readers.
