TeamBath’s play-off hopes were dented with a 2-1 defeat at Havant & Waterlooville last night. Sami El-Abd went from hero to villain in the space of nine minutes as he pulled down Ian Simpemba with the score at 1-1.
The home side’s Luke Nightingale dispatched the resulting penalty, leaving TeamBath a goal down with six minutes to go. The result means they’re now six points behind fifth place Maidenhead.
